It’s no surprise that Emma Watson snagged an invite to the 2016 Correspondents’ Dinner given all of the incredible work she has done with HeforShe. Just like it isn’t that surprising that she stunned on the red carpet.
Emma recently cut her hair shorter and wore her new mid-length style slicked back off her face. However, as opposed to be being gelled down to her head, it had a softness and a bit of volume. The look was created by hairstylist Vi Sapyyapy.
Emma’s pushed back hair allowed her makeup to be the focus. She opted for a red lipstick to play up the beautiful hand-drawn and hand-painted flowers on her Osman dress. Emma’s eyes and cheeks were kept natural to let the lips (and the dress) be the center of attention. Her makeup look was courtesy of makeup artist Dotti.
While Emma’s beauty look obviously turned heads on the carpet, we cannot go without talking about the white Osman dress paired with the cropped black pants. The look was styled by Sarah Slutsky and shows that Emma is as much of a fashion icon as she is a philanthropist and beauty icon.
