Matching your makeup to your outfit is something that can be tricky to get right. If you use too much color, it can be overwhelming. If you don’t get the shades just right, it can look odd. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley demonstrated the right way to do it at the Mechanic: Resurrection premiere.
Rosie played up her pout with a bright, glossy lip color. She let her lips remain the focus by opting for a shimmering peach eyeshadow on her lids and mascara that elongated the outer corners of her eyes. The look was created by makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua.
Christian Wood did Rosie’s hair for the event. Rosie’s blonde locks were styled in a center-parted style. Her hair was blow-dried straight by still had a slight tousled texture.
Rosie opted for a very pale pink manicure on short, rounded nails with slightly square edges.
The pink theme came together with the rest of Rosie’s outfit. She was styled by Cher Coulter in a hot pink Balmain off-the-shoulder crop top with trompe l’oeil fabric choker. Wrapped pants with slits in the legs completed the coordinating ensemble. Rosie accessorized with delicate Stuart Weitzman silver sandals and gold statement earrings.
